Description of the flag

This one has been waiting to be reported long ago: A green flag with the emblem of the Portuguese Customs, normally conspicuous (I never saw it hoisted on a pole, and I searched), but well known, when used to drape seized smuggled wares for photos to be released to the media. The emblem shows the Portuguese lesser arms as depicted here on a white five-pointed star, itself on a blue cogwheel, surrounded by a oak branch and sheaf of wheat ears , and a white scroll reading "ALFÂNDEGA" (customs) in black capitals.
This doesn´t seem to be the flag of any entity, nor the previous Guarda Fiscal not the current Customs Section of G.N.R.. António Martins-Tuválkin, 29 Nov 2016
